Your key data stays yours.

Local-first by design

KeyAudit Pro stores your workspace, key inventory, audit history, team profiles, and PIN hashes in the app's local database on your device. We do not operate a central database of your key records, and we do not sell user data.

Camera

The mobile app requests camera access only to scan key tags and pairing QR codes. Camera images are processed on the device and are not uploaded or retained by KeyAudit Pro.

Local network

When you pair a phone or enable multi-terminal sync, the app uses your local network to exchange workspace data with devices using the same license. This traffic stays on your network and is authenticated with a key derived from your license. It is not sent to KeyAudit Pro servers.

Optional cloud backup

Cloud backup is disabled by default and is available only with an eligible paid license. When enabled, the app encrypts the backup locally with AES-256-GCM before uploading it. The backup service stores encrypted ciphertext and metadata needed to associate it with your license. We cannot read your workspace contents without your license key.

Purchases

License and subscription purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy. KeyAudit Pro does not receive or store full payment card details. The iOS app does not offer in-app purchases or link to external purchase pages.

Analytics and tracking

KeyAudit Pro does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or behavioral analytics. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, exit the demo workspace, clear app data, or uninstall the app. To request deletion of an encrypted cloud backup, contact us with the company name and license details used for the backup.

Children

KeyAudit Pro is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
